| Behind this logon page are training management, logbook and FTL applications which work together to give a one-stop training and scheduling solution for AOC holders and freelancers. At the moment the duty hours system is only capable of managing FTL for helicopter operations but we're working on a fixed-wing equivalent and hope to have this online very soon. Some of the software is being worked on as you read this, and some is in beta testing; this does mean that bits of it won't work as we tinker with the code while it's live on the server. There are bugs but most of these are caused by the continual development of the system; if you find one then please try again in a few minutes, but if it persists let us know. You can log on in either personal mode (to access your own data) or as a company (to access records for all pilots who work for you). In order to get company access you'll need to call us so that we can set up the system for your use. At present the system is set up for a standard CAP371 FTL. In future builds it will also handle non-standard FTL schemes and variations and will allow users to set their own variables (for items such as reporting time). You can use these features if you have registered at gCAP (click the button above). For the time being, the features will be free, but in the future will be available to full licence holders only.
